Shipping Policy
Here at Abione21 we try to give our customers their products right on time while providing them with free shipping for all orders above 30 dollars(only in the united states). If you're orders are placed early in the day the orders will get processed the same day but if the order has been placed at night the order will usually get processed the following day. We only process orders on business days.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are dissatisfied with our products or it came broken all products must be returned within 30 days after receiving it. This does not apply for our sticker panties. All sticker Panties can not be refunded. For our Tallow once you peal off the plastic sealant on the top of the product you will not be eligible for a refund any more. For a full refund the product needs to be shipped back to us with the plastic sealant still on. The customer is responsible for the return shipping.
